Workflow

Surface preparation:

• Remove rust and mechanical dirt from the surface and then degrease with a soft cloth soaked in BODY ANTISIL 770 or BODY ANTISIL 771 degreaser.

 

Application:

• Before using HB BODY P360 gray base filler in spray, make sure that the spray is at room temperature (20 - 25 °C) and for at least 2 min. shake it well.
• Apply a test spray on an inconspicuous place and test the durability of the material.
• Apply 2 - 3 layers of HB BODY P360 gray base filler in spray from a distance of 25 - 30 cm. Use the patented SAFEWORLD CanGun1 spray attachment and achieve a professional result!

 

Next steps:

• After complete drying (approx. 2 hours), sand with sandpaper no. P400 for wet. Using a sufficient amount of water, sand the surface smooth in circular motions so as to achieve a good transition between the individual layers of the coating system.
• After sanding, wash the surface and let it dry thoroughly.

 

Our tips:

• The optimal working temperature ranges from 10 to 25 °C.
• Store in a cool place. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production when stored in the original container and at temperatures from +5 to + 25 °C.

Classification 2004/42/IIB(e)(840)490. HB BODY P360 base filler in spray is according to decree 127/2011 Coll. included in category B and subcategory e (special top coating substances). The limit value for the content of volatile organic compounds for this category is 840 g/l. The highest content of volatile organic compounds in a regulated product in a state ready for use is 490 g/l.
